In the context of Renovo Natural Health’s protocols, “natural health” involves improving your health and wellness through the use of holistic, biblically-sound natural approaches, non-toxic substances, and non-invasive protocols – and by practicing healthy living.
Natural health looks at the whole person, attempting to identify the underlying causes of imbalanced conditions, and tailoring health recovery plans to the individual while emphasizing prevention and self-care.
Natural medicine has been around for 3,000+ years. What is referred to as tradition or allopathic medicine has only been around 300+ years. Natural medicine is for people seeking to improve their health by using a healthy lifestyle, wholesome food, and natural supplements as their medicine to help with various health conditions, rather than pharmaceutical drugs.
If you suffer from a chronic medical condition, if you are frequently ill, tired, or in chronic pain, or if you simply seek to optimize your health, we may be able to help. If you feel you are taking too many prescription drugs, want a more natural approach, or wonder which supplements are right for you, we can help.
Mainstream medical practice does not focus on finding the root cause of illness. The usual medical tests do not look for food sensitivities, hidden infections, environmental toxins, mold exposures, nutritional deficiencies, and metabolic imbalances. Newer testing can uncover underlying elements that can be modified through diet, lifestyle, supplements, or medications.
No, you should not. You should always consult with your medical doctor about any changes you want to make with your medications.
NO! We do not provide primary care services. We will work with you closely as a consultant in preventive, nutritional, and traditional naturopathic medicine to help you address the roots of chronic health problems. We will confer with your primary care doctor and specialist physicians if required.
We are able to order required labs and you simply visit your local Quest Labs for the blood to be drawn. Additionally, some labs are performed in-house. Some testing can be done through conventional laboratories (as mentioned above [ie. Quest], and others are only available through specialty laboratories and some testing will be performed at home with test kits to collect blood, urine, saliva, or stool. During your consultation, Dr. Lonardo will determine which tests are needed and will review testing recommendations, instructions (for instance, fasting or non-fasting, etc.), and costs.
Your financial resources and how much testing you want to do are taken into account, and the plan for testing is reviewed with you. Testing is frequently done to assess nutritional status, including amino acids, fatty acids, oxidative stress, vitamin levels, mitochondrial function, food sensitivities, and heavy metals. Many other tests are available including genetic testing for a variety of conditions, hormone evaluations, bone health, gastrointestinal health, adrenal function, and many others.
Yes, we often recommend nutritional supplements to clients in conjunction with lifestyle and dietary modification. In most cases, nutritional supplements can be used in place of more toxic prescription medications. We rely on scientifically based studies to guide our therapeutic decisions regarding nutritional supplementation. We have researched high-quality nutritional products and carry only those that undergo rigorous quality testing by nutritional research laboratories. These products are often of higher quality than those sold over the counter and are free of fillers, allergens, and additives.

Not at this time. HP is not recognized by the government. Yet. In North Carolina, we only have a religious exemption for vaccination. We will gladly provide you with documentation and a certificate for private schools, daycares, or camps. Many have accepted homeoprophylaxis. It is at their discretion.
No method of immunization is 100% effective. There is always a risk of catching disease. Diet, toxic exposure, and stress level all contribute to immunity. Receiving the ‘frequency’ of the disease with HP dosing lessens the likelihood of contracting it. In Dr. Golden’s study, with children who had been positively exposed to the diseases, HP provided a 91% effectiveness rate. If a disease is contracted after taking HP, it is typically much more mild and short-lived. The body knows how to manage it more effectively since the information was ‘downloaded’ with the HP remedy. The system is ‘familiar’ with the disease on an energetic level. In the event of contracting any disease, please contact your healthcare provider.
